"Sizing Your Images" Article
You're preparing an entry to a juried show, and the prospectus asks for images that are "a maximum of 1024 pixels wide", or "high-resolution 300 DPI", or "fit on a 20" monitor screen". OK ... now what? Sizing images is one of the most confusing topics for artists entering juried shows. And every show seems to have its own specifications.

Exhibition Opportunities for Michigan Artists
We are sponsoring a web site at www.CalltoEnter.info featuring exhibition opportunities of interest to Michigan artists, along with insights and resources for visual artists and gallery directors about exhibition entries.
The site is easy to use and access is free. Calls to enter and requests for exhibition proposals are received from many different sources and posted weekly. Galleries, local art centers and artist groups are encouraged to send information about exhibition opportunities to listing@CalltoEnter.info by email. There is no charge for a listing.
